U.S. Focused

Established in 2000, the U.S. ITU Association (USITUA) is the only industry forum focused solely on ITU-related issues from the U.S perspective. This unique capability lets us generate U.S views and proposals across a broad range of topics critical to U.S. industry.

Strength in Numbers

With a membership of over 60 leading U.S.-based corporations, USITUA has the capability to develop consensus private sector views on ITU policy matters and communicate those views directly to the U.S. Government.

Expertise & Resources

The Association can bring to bear significant expertise and resources to critical issues potentially impacting both U.S. private sector and Government interests. Such a unique capability has been the hallmark of USITUA for over two decades of active involvement in important global issues of the day.

Eligibility

Individual U.S. citizens, U.S. companies and other U.S. non-governmental entities operating in the United States and involved in the promotion of U.S. interests on international telecommunications matters or the activities of the ITU are eligible for membership in this Association.

The Association has one class of members; annual membership dues are $500.00.

Each member in good standing shall have one vote in the Association. Any authorized representative of a member may cast its vote. Each member shall designate a contact person; an alternate may also be designated.
